These Terms of Use apply to Axio on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch and, where available, on Android and Wear OS. Axio is provided by BYTES COVE SRLS. By downloading or using Axio, you agree to these terms.
Licence
On Apple devices, Axio is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple’s Standard EULA forms part of these terms and controls if there is any conflict.
On Android, Bytes Cove grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Axio on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Axio Pro purchases
Axio Pro is available as an automatically renewing annual subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. A free trial may be available to eligible customers. Before you buy, the App Store or Google Play shows the current price, trial eligibility, renewal date and applicable taxes.
Apple processes purchases made on Apple devices and Google processes purchases made through Google Play. Purchases are separate for each platform: buying Axio Pro on one store does not unlock it on the other.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them. On Apple devices, cancel through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. On Android, cancel from your subscriptions in Google Play before the renewal date. Deleting Axio does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Using Axio
You may use Axio for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device and your Apple, iCloud or Google account secure. Axio does not connect to banks and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Your data
Your financial entries are stored on your devices. On Apple devices, if you enable Axio Pro synchronisation, they are also stored in your private iCloud database. On Android, your portfolio is stored only on the device and uninstalling Axio removes it, so export a copy first if you need one. Please keep appropriate exports or backups of information you cannot afford to lose. See the Axio Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
We work to keep Axio reliable, but features may change, some features differ between platforms, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Axio is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
